Textures float (Detroit: Become Human)

Gentlemen, the textures are constantly bugged, no matter what settings I set, before that there is an FPS drop, after which the textures are stretched, it is simply impossible to play, who knows how to fix it?
PC specifications: rtx 2060, r5 3600, 16gb ram

why 30 frames? why is the graphics card 0% loaded? Where is your monitor wire? Are you sure you have 3600 and not 3600g?
