Again glitches and bugs (Escape from Tarkov)

I decided to go into this piece of feces, but probably in vain. Developed washed down new jambs. What kind of misery is this? Tried different settings. Comp in profile. I don't need to whine here that you don't have that. I was already whining here that Nvidia makes cool cards.
