Console not working (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

Good afternoon, I ran into a problem: the console in ets2 does not come out, I did everything according to the instructions (I opened the config file with notepad, changed 0 to 1 in the lines uset g_console and uset g_developer ), maybe the problem is that I have a reduced keyboard (Hyperx alloy 60 ) and there is no separate "Tilde" button (the button works by pressing the fn + esc key). How to solve this problem and what other key can the console be reassigned to except for Tilda and the f1,2,3 buttons ... etc.
