Bug with Cassandra and the Door (Assassin's Creed: Valhalla)

Hello everyone, there was a problem in the passage. Started the dlc (or whatever it is) on the Isle of Skye. I met Cassandra, everything is fine, but after the cut scene, she leaked out the door, which needs to be opened together... Well, as you understand, I'm at a dead end. I put this quest on the back burner until I got through the whole story, and I think, "Well, I probably got bogged down, so much time has passed, so many updates have been downloaded." But no. Nothing has changed, she is standing outside the door as she stands. Otherwise, there is no way to get in. Any ideas how to fix the situation?
