Failed to connect to Battlenet (Warcraft 3)

The error line says: "Could not establish a connection to Battle. No.
The server you are trying to connect to is temporarily down.
If you are using remote access, establish a connection to the Internet manually."

the most unclear thing is that the day before, the battle did not enter without problems.
The next day, did not change ANYTHING in the computer. and here is the error.
