White stripes at the bottom of the screen (Cyberpunk 2077)

if you press escape, you can see that they are gaming. They are not always visible, but only when you use a visor, approach an item that can be looted or when you have low HP

I thought maybe they are only at this stage of the game, I decided to download the save and see if they will be there or not, but they are also present

Other games don't have them, and even something like that doesn't exist.

if you change the aspect ratio or fsr. then the bands change and become smaller (if you increase the resolution) or less (if you lower the resolution)

Reinstalling windows helped
