Fullness(pirated(SPT 3.0.0)) (Escape from Tarkov)

Hello everyone, I used to play on SPT 1.5.1 (12.11), for this version there was a Bread and Butter mod that increased the number of spawn items and the number of Scavs and PMCs, without it the map was essentially empty. This mod brought the pirate closer to the online version, but unfortunately its support was stopped and it does not work for new versions 12.12. Question: is there a replacement for this mod or a solution to the emptiness of maps?
