Game won't start (Valorant)

I've been trying to solve this problem for 2 weeks.
When you try to start the game, Windows plays an error sound (no dialog box pops up), and then the client window opens again. Nothing else. I contacted support, they told me to try installing the game in Windows safe mode. Did not work. I tried everything: updated video card drivers, turned off antivirus, uninstalled programs. Everything is unsuccessful. When the game was in beta test everything worked, now for some reason it doesn't want to work. Perhaps someone here has encountered this problem and can help solve it.
