Trunk Crafting (The Outer Worlds)

Such a question, the weapon has cells for improvement, at the beginning of the game there are only two of them, for the sight and for the clip, at what stage of the game or what skill should be pumped in order for the third cell to appear, I would like to install a silencer on some trunks. Maybe someone knows?

As far as I remember, you only need to have all the necessary spare parts. But there are spare parts for each type of weapon. And so the Repair skill significantly affects the quality of improvement and repair.
