How to shoot from the Chernobog in the plot (Grand Theft Auto 5)

I play with a trainer and that's why I can spawn it, but I don't know how to shoot because holding f does not work.

sit in the driver's seat and hold down the button to turn on the headlights (default is "H"), then go to the shooter's place and hold down "F"
