Windows Defender problem

I got an icon on the antivirus that I need to go through a quick check, I clicked go, and the approximate time has been jumping from 3 to 4.5 for 3 hours and in a circle, and in the last check it says 50 hours, although I did not do any checks.

Turn it off and learn to think with your own head, don't download anything from anywhere and there will be no problems.
