Skill menu opening slowly (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

ku, dude. installed the game, when I open the skill menu (where the constellations are), it starts to open, but then a black screen, sometimes it opens for a minute (slide on top), and sometimes not. the map and inventory are instantly opened, but the skills are not. mods are worth it, but before installing them it was the same. what to do? help.
