PS4 games crash on PS5

Hi all. Why do all PS4 games crash, or can the console itself turn off during the game when playing on ps5? with games for the ps5 version, everything is fine, there are no crashes.

Last month a new system software update for PS5 consoles came out, do you have it installed? https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/hardware/ps5/system-software/

The second option is to reset the PS5 to factory settings.
