Problem starting (Killing Floor 2)

Good afternoon, evening or morning. I have a problem with running the game on my laptop. When the game starts, a black screen pops up, but there is sound and menu music, when I hide the game for a few seconds, all the table icons are stretched and the problem seems to be in resolution, but as soon as I didn’t try to change, nothing helps. PS Firewood and DirectX fresh.
