Missing ModCompiliationTime line in config.json (v 1.25.4) (People Playground)

I have a pirate (1.25.4), well, I wanted to download a couple of mods from this site. Well, I downloaded, transferred all the files, I go into the game, and I see errors in place of the mods. "It doesn't matter!" - I thought, I went to YouTube, I found it like a solution link-> I go to config, scroll to the bottom, and I don’t find the right line!
Please help!!!
