Issue with the region

Good afternoon
Knowledgeable users tell me this is the question. I plan to purchase the game, on it the region: NTSC. The game is for sale on Ebay. Will a similar game run on a console bought in Russia? I plan to play a lot of games on the Xbox Serie S/X available on the return line. But the issue with the region puzzled. I read, they say, there should be no problems in Russia, there is Region Free. Is that so, I don't know.
