Alien Disintegrator (Fallout: New Vegas)

Good day. Just want to say that I have never posted on the forums.
The question is: has anyone ever had an alien disintegrator drop out of an alien? From the mods I have Project Nevada, Ghost Armor and The Rising Sun installed, but I doubt it's because of them, because these weapons are in no way impossible to use. Since the power module, although it is in the game, they can’t charge the disintegrator in any way.
