Low FPS when playing as Peter (no costume)

I noticed a lot of people, including me, have FPS drops when playing indoors as Peter without a suit, does anyone know how to fix this problem? Worth the latest update. In the city, the FPS is consistently high 60+

Changing the hair quality setting does not affect at all, the same FPS when playing as Peter.

The same problem, and graphics settings do not affect it in any way, FPS drops from 60-90 to 25-30, or even less when playing as Peter.
