Fallout 76 FPS drops on SSD gtx 1070 i5 2600 16 GB

Tell me what to do if I changed from HDD to SSD because the HDD was already a khan. I installed windows 10 pro on the SSD, and before that I also had windows 10 on the HDD, which means I installed fresh drivers on the SSD, installed and downloaded fallout 76, I go in and I have FPS drawdowns on the SSD, although there was no such thing on the HDD, they were stable at 70 fps without drawdowns, but on the SSD this is what fps sags.
