Ripples in almost all games

For several months now I have been haunted by this ripple, it's disgusting to play.
The ripples are almost everywhere, but I chose the game where it reaches its peak.
(it’s better to watch from a computer, it’s not very visible from a phone, pay attention to at home)

hp x24ih 144hz (connected to vidyuhi via hdmi)
I5 8400
8 GB of RAM
Some kind of Aerocool 550w, not xus
Tried: Change AA in nvidea settings, turn MFAA FXAA on and off, set anti-aliasing to bind-enable, tried to cut off freesync premium (if it works at all on green cards), tried turning vsync on / off. There is no possibility to connect to another card, but it will be possible to connect the computer through a new power supply unit.
Be sure to unsubscribe when I check another bp and dp cable. I'm waiting for your assumptions about this, have you encountered a similar one and how did you decide?
