Story and other achievements do not count

I went through the campaign completely, but some of the story achievements did not count for me (such as: Aurora, Exodus, Complete Atlas, Gorko and others) even in the new game + I reached the Volga level, but for example, the achievement "Aurora" still did not count. Ps I didn't play offline, there was always a stable internet. Other achievements also did not count (I fulfilled all the conditions for them): crew friend, fisherman, phoenix, Martian, gunsmith, etc. of all the achievements I made, only 20 were counted.
I have a license bought in epic games and bought 2 DLS, the latest update. Recently I decided to replay and get all the achievements, so I'm very sorry that some of the achievements were not counted. Couldn't find a solution anywhere, so I decided to go here.
