Crash issue when loading lobby background

Gentlemen who know, help me, the game crashes at the start of loading the background, when I enter either a network game or a warzone, it just throws it out, without error, updated and rolled back firewood, changed access from the admin, and set priority, dripped with compatibility, a lot I reinstalled the game once, ran two different file checks in cmd, set the lowest graphics settings, fiddled with the nvidea settings (it seems very strongly that I didn’t see something there), nothing helps. Components are suitable for a comfortable game: Ryzen 3 3100 processor, 16GB of RAM, nvidea gtx 1650 super. I really ask for help!
