Game freezes a few seconds after launch

I haven't even gotten to the main menu yet. The game freezes after a few seconds after starting (the moment of the first choice of the basic settings of the game). No matter how far in these settings I manage to get - if I spend these few seconds on the first screen of settings or get to the third (I managed to get to the maximum of the third), the game will freeze. I tried to change the settings through the launcher (changed the hertz, resolution, tried different combinations of them, changed the graphics settings from low to ultra - nothing changes, the game freezes).
Tried the last two AMD drivers, the recommended one and the newer one, but that didn't work either.
The only thing that remains under suspicion for me is the insider build of windows, but with ALL the other games, everything is in order. Assassin's creed valhalla, for example, generally only works on this assembly (it simply doesn't run on release builds).
