amd athlon II x4 640 vidyuha MSI GTX1060 3gb, another person has the same problem but his game works without fixing sse4.x

I solved the problem, in the accessibility settings there is a tab for skipping tasks, thus you can not configure antennas but skip them (I saw it by accident at Kuplinov)
