Terrible brakes

Good day. Installed a repack from mechanics, about 2 weeks ago, played about 30 hours, 2 days ago some kind of Windows 10 update was installed. Yesterday I open the game and it lags terribly, even the introductory video comes with brakes, probably 1fps menu lags the game itself, respectively, the same. Where do you need to dig? laptop Msi alpha 15 - Ryzen 7 3750H - Radeon RX 5500m - 16GB RAM.
