Wild drawdowns have begun

Preface in order to avoid unnecessary questions:
The game was played by me on my config. There were no changes in the gland for all the time.
Previously I tried to play kp77 on a weak laptop with a 860m 2gb card, 30 fps on the minimum was stable.
My brief config:
GTX 1070 8gb
i7 6700k
16gb operki Game
settings are fat with FPS around 60
The game is on a separate ssd.
Actually the problem: even before patch 1.5 everything was played well, then I started to put all sorts of mods, it also played well and for a long time. Then wild drawdowns began, FPS jumps from about 7 to 25, again about. Absolutely no settings affect the change in behavior. I tried reinstalling the game on different drives, removing mods manually, deleting the game from the computer, nothing helped. In the end, I gave up, deleted the cp and waited for patch 1.5.
Taki waited and lo and behold, the game started working fine again, I started playing again, installed several co-mods, well, there are basic and immersive first-person, third-person, and so on. prodo game
