Quest \"Reputation\" does not start

Completed the quest with Koryagi's cache, made a special order and took it. Approaching Koryaga, the dialogue does not start, if you interact with him yourself, he says something like:
"Leave me alone, I have a lot to do ..."
I must say right away that STCoP 2.0, Atmosfear and Absolutely Nature + are installed with their rights and additions. Without mods and individually, everything works with each, with the exception of the previously indicated STCoP, so the trouble is presumably in it. There are a couple of assumptions, but I can’t fix it (completely green in stalker modding). Please help, I can do everything; to throw off, but it is better to advise, in order to absorb someone's experience yourself.
