Russian voice acting pirates hack from FTL

Help people tried, almost all the ways you can know how to make Russian voice acting in a pirate from FTL.

- in the flt.ini file in the main directory of the game, in the line Language=english change to Language=russian (or any of the available ones), save the file, select English voice acting - OFF in the game settings
