Test notification sometimes does not appear

During crimes, a test alert pops up (3 sweeps, 3 throws of objects, etc.).
But sometimes they do not appear and I did not find where to watch it in the pause menu. Yes, and there is no desire to lose a skirmish or lose experience.

PS: what is the action in a normal fight - "3 hits from the back" I don’t understand how to do it.
