12 hour format on YY clock, how to solve it?

After a lot of time skipping with "CheatBox", I noticed that the main character's clock is not 24 hour format. And 12 o'clock, as on the clock in the house of GG. I would like to know if this can be solved somehow? Or will I have to make a new game? PS I have English on OS
