Skyrim SE global map flicker

Hello everyone, the problem is this, mods are installed, everything seems to be installed correctly, but when I open the global map, the water (river) in it flickers (twitches). Please help with the problem.

I think - ENB. Frequent reference to her. And so, there are few mods, turn it off.
Also anything related to textures or graphics. Look there. there is still lighting.
