The character stays in the block all the time

I just pressed alt + tab to minimize the game. after which, the character stupidly became a block, forever!!! and the global card has moved away to the maximum, I can’t make a single blow, I can’t call into cities either, I can’t do anything !!!!!! what the hell!??!?!!?!?!?!?!?
