Falskaar can't get through the portal in the first quest

I tried rebooting, re-entering the game, downloading the falscar again through the nexus and replacing the old one with a new one in the mod organizer during installation, downloading mod Addons and patches to the falscar from the nexus, killing the character and nothing helps. How to fix?
