Problem with textures

the whole problem is an overabundance of bright and dark textures, this can be seen on the screenshot
PS The game, both for a friend and for me, was downloaded from one site, the settings did not change except for the brightness.
On the screen is the same brightness as mine and a friend.
(I tried to lower the slider lower, while the game turned from too bright textures into a dark mess.)

What graphics card do you and your friend have? Do you and your friend have the latest video driver installed? What version of Windows do you and your friend have, I mean Windows 10 (21H2)?

Try reinstalling the video driver, check the clean install box.

friend has 1650 super, I have 1050ti. A friend and I have the latest drivers installed. Also Windows is the same.
I'll try to reinstall the driver, but I don't think that will change the situation.
UPD: I reinstalled and nothing has changed, with a friend they concluded that the matter was in broken files. I will reinstall the game.
