Shouldn't. Processor 65-68 (I do not turn on the boost), GPU 78 60 watts (I watched tests on YouTube there were 78 and did not troll) and when the consumption drops to 30 watts, the temperature of the GPU is 63-65. The power supply may also be defective, but if you turn on the processor boost, its consumption increases and the temperature also reaches 78-80, and the video card still works at half power.
