Problems with Bullseye's inventory

Hello, I decided to go through the Stalker Shadow of Chernobyl, but I ran into a bug that not only infuriates, but does not literally prevent the game from passing. The essence of the bug: the lower cells of the inventory do not respond to pressing, but as a rule, bandages, anti-rads, energy drinks and food are located below, it is simply impossible to use any item. There are no quick access cells, as in the call of Pripyat, in the game, in fact, as well as there is no way to sort the backpack of the main character. There is also another annoying jamb: if there is a lot of junk in the backpack and you have to rewind the inventory page to the bottom, then after using something, the inventory page automatically returns to the top. Request to all who know a lot about scripts and configs: tell me how can I fix this? Maybe through the console or what files you need to pick?
