Why did they change the location?

In the original, you could fire it at random, and it would shoot frisbees that sent everything flying in all directions.

In the remake you have to hold and charge it (just like they messed up the anal probe in the DaH 1 remake), also unlike the original which fired semi-automatically with a free camera, this remake version has a self-locking lock and it fires BALLS as well not a DISK and then things go into it instead of flying up and away or back at you just bouncing into the ground, it's like a brand new weapon now instead of a Dislocator, it's more like an Inflatable Ballocator.
