on Windows 10, which I just didn’t try direct play and a lot of programs and direct x packages to install and change compatibility. Nothing helped, I hope you can help me here.

Monitor the load on the system in problematic moments (MSI Afterburner, etc.), video with the results here. As many metrics as possible are desirable, including load on all CPU cores/threads.

I had the same problem with lags, the only thing that helped was to play with a gamepad, the lags were almost gone.
