World loading problem

when I want to load more than half of the loading into the world takes place and everything stands still please help

If some pirate with a large number of mods is downloaded, then you have to wait until they are all loaded. First, the game will load all its "native" DLC, and then the mods. The most "heavy" are card mods. On weak "machines" (computers), this can take a long time.
