The download jumps to 0, friezes, FPS drops from 350 to 200.

System:
Rx 580 8g (load temperature max. 74Â°)
R5 3600 4.2ghz (temperatures are normal, there is a big

PROBLEM: In the game (Valorant), the load jumps wildly (on the graph, there are just vertical mountains back and forth all the time) from 0% to 70-80% (so that I donâ€™t see the load at 100%)
Because of this, the FPS drops by almost half (from 350-400 to 200) therefore it is very difficult to shoot and wildly unpleasant because the monique is 165Hz and when the frametime from 2.8 to 6.0 drops very noticeably.

What can be done so that there is a normal load?

In Valorant, drops up to 200 and even a little lower are normal for your R5 3600 processor. If you want more FPS and fewer drops, change to R5 5600/X.
And the Valorant video card does not load much, if you play on eSports settings, you can not look at its loading at all.
