Rockstar Launcher overwrites installed mods

- I replace the file Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto San Andreastextamerican.gxt with the same file with the same name with Russian subtitles
- I launch the game through the Rockstar Launcher (the game received as a gift in this launcher - from the creators)
- and this launcher downloads the original and overwrites the desired 😱

the same story with almost any other file / mod

, maybe someone has already dealt with a similar problem? rummaged through the internet for a long time, but alas,
