Creating a program for San Andreas

Hi all! Can you please tell me how programs are created that simulate the input of long phrases by pressing a hot key? I'll tell you more: the finished program is launched, then the game. Then F5 is pressed in the game, which simulates entering the code BAGUVIX (immortality for the main character).
