Transferring saves to pirates from Uplay without UserId

Guys please help!!! in general, I played before on the purchased offline activation, then I had to reinstall Windows, saved the saves, right now I encountered that you can’t install these saves on the released pirate, maybe you need to register the UserId in uplay_r2.ini, but I don’t have it, demolished along with Windows. After a while, it passed quite a bit, I bought the activation again from the seller in order to restore the userready, but he gave another acc and he doesn’t remember how I am and the saves don’t fit there. How to get these restrictions on a pirate???
