Xbox - connection failed

Good day! This problem has been hanging since February and I can not solve it! Help!
When you start the kolda on Xbox one, there is a connection to Xbox live and then the connection failed!
Tried already with 3 different accounts Poland, Russia, Turkey! The region also changed! The game was updated and reinstalled! What could be the problem?
