Save with mods breaks

Skyrim Anniversary Edition 1.6.353.0 The
game crashes after saving the game with mods. When trying to continue the game, it is impossible to move, as if I was overloaded (before that, I was running quietly). The effect does not subside even with an almost empty inventory. Also, health drops to a minimum. Some kind of icy vomit that can damage those caught under it. Installed the latest version of SKSE for my version of the game. Installed ENB series. Also, fixes for squares in the console and letters for the Russian language have been installed. Patch animation through Nemesis for the right mods. The assembly skeleton is the ESO-UI collection: SKkyrim SE High End (https://eso-ui.com/skyrim-se-high-end/ ), mods are installed from myself.
