Not one trainer or table for Cheat Engine is not working

I tried different trainers for different versions of the game, none of them work, the same with the tables for the Cheat Engine, I myself made immortality by freezing 4 addresses, but it’s not very comfortable to do this every time, and the addresses change every time + first-aid kits and methods to apply to myself the damage to filter out addresses is getting smaller and smaller each time, and on one point "the value has not changed" all addresses cannot be filtered out, can anyone help?
