game version 297 mb

Folks, I'm looking for a special version of the Commonwealth of the Ring game. Nn-th number of years ago it could be downloaded as an exe installer weighing 297 MB. and this version, unlike the others (disk images, repack from Yaroslav98, etc.), did not lag.
maybe someone has such a file lying around?
