Weapon Debris Crash Fix Not Working

It constantly crashes, but I donâ€™t want to turn off the fragments, the battle looks poor. Fix should help but does not work. I put it through Vertex, I tried two versions, it was useless, after crossing the bridge at the beginning it crashes. Windows 11. RTH 3070ti

what "how"? how to put F4SE - in the game folder itself (where the game file Fallout4.exe is located)
and run the game through F4SE, and not as usual.

but in general, if you ask such questions, it is better to play without mods. Or smoke the manual first...
