Garbage trucks don't go anywhere

On the next street, the factories are asking for their garbage to be taken away, but the garbage truck just goes to another part of the city, although there are no problems with garbage there, it’s easy to drive up to the factories on the screen (immediately behind the scenes from above, turn towards them). Well, later they still pick up the trash, but only when the icon starts flashing red. Help solve the problem.
