Another game crash?
Reached the place through which you need to go in order to continue the path of grief (in the storyline). According to the plot, the witch wrapped her roots around these poisonous things - they stopped emitting poison. But in my case, for some reason, one of these things, behind which there is a nest where I need to put a stone, still emits poison. Nobody faced this problem? Restarted the game. Tried other saves.

Yes, when you go through the story for the first time in this location, then you freeze with an ax. But then, for the second time, they are wrapped in roots and do not emit poison. In my case, two of the three do not emit poison, but this shnyaga in the roots still emits, which is why I cannot insert a blue crystal. Accordingly, the ax also does not work, since it is under the roots.
